Chord Clock

This is a tool which allows the user to visualize and listen to chords using clock diagrams. The hands of the clock are 4 notes in the chord. Currently you can rotate chords or mirror them across an axis of symmetry. You can also choose between a droning chord or an arpeggio. I plan to add midi output and chord memory/sequencing soon.

Audio clicks intermittently in WebGL build.
